We are proud to introduce Paul McKinney, a recently certified TEFL graduate of Salisa
Language School and a valued member of our English teaching team. Paul brings with him a truly diverse and impressive professional background, combined with a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
With decades of experience as an instructor, trainer, and leader across industries such as the U.S. Navy, advanced manufacturing, information technology, banking, and global technical sales, Paul has spent his career helping others learn complex skills with confidence. From teaching nuclear mechanical systems aboard the USS Nimitz to training professionals in high-tech manufacturing environments, education has always been at the core of his work.
Paul’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow. He emphasizes clear communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, helping learners build not only English skills but also confidence and curiosity. His calm, professional approach and strong leadership skills allow students of all levels to feel supported and motivated.
Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). This background strengthens his structured, goal-oriented teaching style—an excellent fit for learners who value clear progress and practical outcomes.
